Trespassing - Covert Persecution Tactic and State Crime
One of the most frequent forms of covert persecution used in the COPS TI Program is Trespassing.
Trespassing is defined in this way for the state of Ohio, and similar language is used in most states of the USA:
Criminal Trespass:
(1) Knowingly enter or remain on the land or premises of another;
(2) Knowingly enter or remain on the land or premises of another, the use of which is lawfully restricted to certain persons, purposes, modes, or hours, when the offender knows the offender is in violation of any such restriction or is reckless in that regard;
(3) Recklessly enter or remain on the land or premises of another, as to which notice against unauthorized access or presence is given by actual communication to the offender, or in a manner prescribed by law, or by posting in a manner reasonably calculated to come to the attention of potential intruders, or by fencing or other enclosure manifestly designed to restrict access;
(1) "Possessor of real property" means the owner, lessee, renter, or other occupant of real property.
(3) "Trespasser" means an individual who, without express or implied authorization, invitation, or inducement, enters real property purely for the individual's own purposes and convenience.
Both at my home with 1/2 acre in Butler County OH from 2007-2018 ,and in our leased Butler County OH property since November 2023 through the present day, trespassing occurs with regularity.
In the current community, the owners are responsible for enforcing the lease's language, but do not. This issue has been brought to the attention of Management numerous times, and yet nothing has been done about it - because they are taking orders from Fusion Centers. The same rights provided to owners of real estate are by law afforded to those who have leased real estate. Trespassing is a state crime in both cases superseding local law.
In both of my homes in Florida, trespassing was done regularly along with theft/vandalism, because this is a Federal/Military COPS 'community policing' covert persecution effort. All states and all counties are persecuting U.S. Citizens and committing Crimes against Humanity.
Trespassing is a tactic used in the 'community policing' TI program to make their target very uncomfortable and to make sure that we know that the "authority" on Earth is not going to protect our rights in any sense. Luciferian thugs run things here.
They prefer to use children/teens so that in case they were to be sued, there would be less harsh penalties - and the adults (fusion center agents who set up the trespassing assignments) will never be implicated. They are cowards.

Those of us who have been put on the USA's blacklist experience regular trespassing on our property (if blessed enough to still have property) and nothing is ever done about it because this crime is used as a targeting tactic BY the domestic terrorists running America.
One TI noted in a forum that one of the goals of the blacklisting /community policing TI program is to make the human being's life miserable... so that we will either move or sue. Because it is a Masonic court system in America, they know that suing will be a complete waste of our time and money. Covert persecution will continue wherever we move to as this is a national/federal crime against Humanity, without any current accountability.
You're only in the land of the 'free' if you're a member of the Big Club....
Otherwise, like the Constitution, these words are only for pretense.

9:31pm - same time as fireworks were set off from HQ4Down1 last night (9/13)... trespassing perp with black bag comes from HQ2, walks into the street in front of our home, directly into our driveway, through our yard / garden, past our shed and turns into HQ3 lot. In this first video, you can see the headlights flashing from HQ4Down1's driveway, then perp emerges from HQ2 lot. |

Creeper perp walks down street, turns into Pest Control's driveway and comes back out later and walks straight into our driveway. The plausible deniability they're using here is that he's looking for his lost dog, as he's carrying a leash throughout trespassing assignment. However, this exact dog can be seen used in many videos by younger trespassers and encouraged to go into our lot running loose. Perp looks directly at 2 of the 3 cameras. All trespassing assignments against Targeted Individuals (God's Anointed) are orchestrated by the Luciferians running cities/states. |
