Report for HQ4 - July 2024
Knowing what I do about the COPS TI Program and the military/mafia apparatus ("networks at work keeping people calm, you know they murdered King when he spoke out on Vietnam" - RATM lyrics credit), the idea of going to ANY state 'law enforcement' - which is actually high-level criminal protection - is a complete waste of time and effort.
The Holy Spirit showed me clearly through one of the Tallahassee, FL attempts to 'bait and entrap' me that calling or talking to the police for any reason related to their state-sponsored harassment is like "supply" for a Narcissist. They get their kicks from being the organization that we 'little people' have to go through to report criminal activity - especially when it's their paid perps doing the criminal activity. I was instructed not to bother contacting them at all because they are a mockery of God's True Authority and only HE will deliver true justice to this crime syndicate apparatus. I have not talked to them since then.
When moving back to my home county and provided with the guidance to do what is best within my METRON, because this is where my roots are, and my spiritual authority to create Godly change in the area near where I was born, I waited for the proper time.
Ignoring the TI Program tactics and zersetzung activity is a supernatural undertaking, and it is the one thing that angers satan and his anti-Christ heirarchy the most. They want all of our attention and for us to die in mental misery. Praising God and choosing to make progress in spite of their efforts is nothing short of Divine Intervention. Long suffering, and beauty for ashes.
Generally-speaking I ignore everything that goes on here, because I know how the CIA/FBI/Military operate it - and the tactics they use - very well now. But, also because they do not deserve any of my attention, only Christ does as the Holy Spirit leads into all truth. Because I ignore them and do not bother speaking to the Sheriffs here who are the ones who carry out domestic terrorism against US Citizens (just as my persecuted sisters and brothers are in the UK by the Met Police), they knew it would take a lot to make me even bother put a report into this county. They are confederate against us.
I have many of my pages for current home ready to upload to and I have been letting the regional manager know exactly what is going on - it's a Program far above what he could do to intervene. So there is 7 months of detailed documentation about the crimes being committed here. Then on July 11, 2024 after the first HQ page was published they wanted to be sure I didn't leave them out, so did renovations at HQ4 from 8am all day, then had custom speakers pit into the HQ4 male resident's red truck. Then they 'tested' the speakers from 7:30am to 9:45pm and those videos I have of this are uploaded below.
I went to get a report made so there was a beginning harassment charge on file - office staff said this would be helpful in the eviction process (but it was more likely to have my name on record and address so the volunteer and paid perps know where to go). I am not in the least concerned, however, that anyone knows what my address is. I wouldn't have this website published if I did! It is important for ALL of us who are undergoing state-sponsored 'covert' persecution to make sure people know where we are because the evidence will be clear if and when any 'unusual circumstances' were to arise. Also, it lets others who truly follow Christ know where to send aid and prayers.
Therefore, I went down the next morning to my closest local sheriff to file - however, they said that I needed to make the report with one in the other district because the community I live in is interestingly split into two different school districts and townships. I met the deputy and he looked at me as though I did something wrong - as they all do - and did not take the time to view the video footage of the actual noise harassment residential crime I have. He just said call them next time so they could come out when it happens.... but that is their loophole! The harassment activity is not going to still be going on by the time these sheriffs get out there. That's a simple text or call to let perps know they're on the way.
They will never 'enforce' residential noise ordinances. Until policy changes and enough residents get tired of the charade and the diseases they cause.
In a persecuted individual's case, they KNOW of, APPROVE, and often PERFORM the frequency / noise harassment. They are the 'brute squad' for the anti-Christ system.
Policy to reform how citations and REAL ENFORCEMENT - especially for noise complaints in Residential areas - needs to be made now.
PUBLIC HEALTH issues surrounding residential noise and the decline of human and animal health is extensive. These are Ohio policies which need attention by representatives. Change is in the air... on the way.
POLICY REFORM is a real solution - and they don't want real solutions because a cop's job is to maintain the status quo and protect the wicked in high places.
You see, there is NO reason why a timestamped video cannot be used to issue a citation in the year 2024. There is no reason why HOME security cameras can't be utilized for criminal charges. Any police department or Sheriff that denies this is part of the BIG CLUB and a liar.
Below, is a copy of the report (the first and only one since moving back to Ohio) and the video/image documentation of the law-breaking/harassment. Notice that the deputy pointed out that I told him the speakers were playing "latino" music in quotes, to paint me as a "racist." Yes, it was latino music, and those are the facts. If it had been heavy metal or gangsta crap I would have said so, because those are the FACTS.
To have an accurate report written up by 'law enforcement' is not possible if domestic terrorism is being used against you as a persecuted citizen.
However, this one is now on file regarding the HQ4 CBAs (distraction CBAs like HQ3) moving forward.
Now that they know the 7am - 10pm noise ordinance exists, they go all the way to 10pm or later with as much noise as possible.
Where real justice existed they all would be charged with criminal harassment. But... the COPS run the program... see how this works?
The HQ4 CBAs are paid well for their performances (ritual harassment), and normally have small children and dogs running around at the same time, for the most 'innocent' plausible deniability possible. But, that only indicates the others with them are complicit in these crimes against Humanity. Since May 2024, HQ4 uses their relatives with small children to be outside with them for that as the time progression of activity will show.

Moved here in November 2023 (lived here in the other school district side from 1999-2003, so very familiar, and 20 minutes from my hometown). See 2024 Documentation for previous evidence of collaborative criminal harassment. First Legal Report - paper trail - on the books, July 12th, 2024. Paper trail with management in my possession and with regional manager. Accountability for this anti-Christ TI Program begins LOCALLY. As they escalate and corroborate with other CBAs at my residence, the documentation will show clearly the guilt of those used as proxy abusers, regardless of the covert nature of crimes committed.
