This is a topic that I hadn't even heard of in 2016, but now you can find a pretty good deal of information about. This program is COVERT but widespread. I knew that I was being targeted in 2017. But, according to some trustworthy sources, most TIs are targeted from birth and when they recall their targeting beginning is only when God opened their eyes to truly see what is going on.
Unfortunately, a lot of those involved in harming targeted individuals have created YouTube channels and social media profiles pretending to be TIs and publishing untruths and false information - intel/military perps. TIs are already being traumatized by psychopaths, and must also avoid traps that have been laid on the internet too. (In fact, YouTube's "search" doesn't pull up anything close to what you search for anymore thanks to Masonic/Luciferian owned Media Corps. It is all approved by the Synagogue of Satan or it doesn't appear in results.) There are several accurate definitions of a Targeted Individual:
Many Targeted Individuals do not know why they are targeted or who did this to them. See, the majority of people you try to tell the experiences you have to will not believe you. They assume wrongly that you have to be someone famous or in a place of high position to become targeted. "You aren't anybody special, why would anyone make the effort to target you?" It is high-level witchcraft, black magick from the wickedness ruling over the nations... they want to destroy anyone in Christ or pure of heart - like the animal kingdom too.

I have found as a "target" by satan's mafia, that one of their highest intents all of the theater and evil is done for, is to harvest our Thought Energy... our FOCUS. "Gang Stalking” is, very likely, a disinformation term created by U.S. intelligence agencies. It refers to the intense, long-term, unconstitutional surveillance and harassment of a person who has been designated as a target by someone associated with America’s security industry. Such operations have nothing to do with criminal gangs. Official domestic counterintelligence operations of this type are – apparently – perpetrated by secret society members, community based agents, federal agents and intelligence/security contractors, sometimes with the support of state and local law enforcement personnel. Unofficial operations of this type are, apparently, perpetrated by private investigators and vigilantes – including former agents and cops, some of whom are members of the quasi-governmental Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Units (LEIU), sometimes on behalf of corporate clients and others with connections to the public and private elements of America’s security industry. The goal of such operations – in the parlance of counterintelligence agents – is “disruption” of the life of an individual deemed to be an enemy (or potential enemy) of clients or members of the security state. These group initiatives can be set up by any citizen, and they are now being used by criminals to persecute a good person. A group can be stationed in the targets’ street, or be mobile and follow the target person where ever they go, whether it be along the street, to the shop, or to work.
The target is over time, in a relentless and secretive campaign which the greater public would not be aware of, denied their human-rights, and their right to a peaceful life.
The harassment group centers around one individual they have selected, and the aim is to secretly destroy them, through lies, harassment, psychological assault, stalking, electronic harassment, and even military-type invisible weapons. Each individual action may be ‘legal’ in itself, and perpetrators avoid any witnesses to their harassment actions, but only the target sees the entire pattern of continuous tactics perpetuated against them.
Such groups are trained, and they need to have a target at all times in order to deflect any attention away from real criminal elements, their own criminal work, and so that they are busy enough on a ‘project’ to keep their job.
Whether they have previous criminal charges in their history or not, these stalkers are deliberately committing crimes against the individual target. Their activities are what pays them, and may even be what keeps them out of prison. Crimes are being committed against innocent citizens within their own communities through branding them criminals, and their domestic terrorism activities appear to be government sanctioned.
The perpetrators (PERPS) are usually strangers having no emotional association to the target. Through their telling the surrounding public their lies about the target, they attempt to turn the community against them.
Law enforcement appear to not want to acknowledge this crime, or have been overwhelmed by a growing and increasingly numerically superior organized stalking ‘movement’.
Perpetrators of organized stalking have connections throughout all areas of society, so they are able to deny, block any assistance to, and have the connections even join in to harass, a chosen target. They are effectively waging war on law abiding citizen’s – and genuine law enforcement.”

These seemingly legitimate groups set up for noble purposes by people who appear wholesome, are in fact nothing more than regimented cruelty against one innocent person. These group initiatives can be set up by any citizen, and they are now being used by criminals to persecute a good person. A group can be stationed in the targets’ street, or be mobile and follow the target person where ever they go, whether it be along the street, to the shop, or to work.
The target is over time, in a relentless and secretive campaign which the greater public would not be aware of, denied their human-rights, and their right to a peaceful life.

I have had friends suddenly get extremely ill or have deaths in their family within weeks of them simply being in my life as a friend/support or even just doing work around my home. This is of course another tactic to isolate you as associating with you is seen negatively.
