HQ2 - Covert Domestic Terrorism Documentation
Due to the frequency and blatancy of the 'covert' domestic terrorism by Community-Based Agents (CBAs) near our home - it is enough evidence to fill many websites. This and the other HQ-specific pages are to document activity for all participating in this state-sponsored persecution program.

HQ2 is the home directly across the street from ours. The young adult CBAs that live there were trespassing through our lot from the first day we arrived at our home. They obviously weren't happy that someone moved in that is familiar with real estate laws in Ohio, and is actually originally FROM Ohio.
As them and the majority of residents here now are Latinos/Mexicans. I note this because the CIA (Mossad) 'party' of communists/bolsheviks that have been destroying our country from within are giving these non-US citizens money immediately when they cross our borders, and immunity from any crimes when they obey the thugs/mafia running the persecution program and human trafficking in America. They are the easiest to train for their domestic terrorism against blacklisted contracts hits like myself. I saw that the entire black population in the Tallahassee, FL area do the same - one Big Club.
The close neighbors were 'briefed' with slander and faux dossier information as covert harassment began the same day we moved in. This is the main HQ that assignments have been done from (street theater and lightshows). The Fusion Center thugs are now (as of May 2024) spreading out the domestic terrorism activity more evenly between ALL of the HQ CBAs (HQ1, HQ2, HQ3, HQ4, Pest Control HQ, HDHQ, HQ5) and every CBA in the local thug network.
They are all used to terrorize, dehumanize and always to distract from their own organized criminal activities.

Keep in mind that it isn't always the CBAs that reside in the HQ that is documented - although it most often is. The activity/assignments for the TI Program is done AT HQ2... which may be done by any of their visitors and/or 'delivery' drivers. Black budget operations spare no expense. All HQ2 activity is documented, only a small portion has been uploaded here.
From Nov 2023 - May 2024 HQ2 and HQ1 documentation is closely linked because HQ2 driveway is where HQ1 parks one of their vehicles... and HQ1 CBA mows their lawn too. The gold Lexus vehicle seen parked next to the white Ford Windstar van belongs to HQ1 for reference in videos and images. In May/June 2024, they moved in a male "adult" and he's been using multiple vehicles there now provided by their thug masters for performing TI Program Activities.
Most of the time there are at least 2 or more CBAs involved with any particular assignment for reference on videos, and as has been seen from earlier year's documentation. As many as the Mob has available to abuse the "target" and make their theater look more covert in case of any documentation.
Plausible Deniability is every Big Club member's modus operandi for alibi.
HQ2 are of course just CBAs for distractions, ritual abuse, and not the real criminals... they are taking orders and getting paid for it.

HQ2 in 2024 have been given very special treatment by CSV and the Butler County Sheriff since arriving here and are being used by the COPS Program to try and bring me down to their level of having sold their souls for material things.
For example, the COPS Program provided them a "vacation" when I began documenting their lightshow activities, which was where they were trained further by COPS Program Operatives - and came back with an "I heart Rialto" bumper sticker on the Subaru Outback they were provided with.
Anytime you see HQ2 referenced on this site's documentation, it refers to this group of Mexican CBAs across the road from us. Their assignments correlate with HQ4 50% of the time.
The COPS Program provided them with funds and instructions to change the color of their house and remove their house address numbers in September 2025 because I have so much documentation still unloaded of their dirty tricks and criminal activity. But, they can't change the location of the trailer they live in - so when the time comes to upload I will make the discrepancy known between the HQ2 (=HQ478) before its facelift, and after.
The mob always tries to hide evidence (clean up their messes) with different people/positions, managers, vehicles, plates, paint jobs, etc but the TRUTH will still rise, regardless of the money they use in attempt to destroy evidence.

HQ2 "adult" male (thug CBA) - that just appeared and moved into HQ2 in May 2024 - using HQ4's driveway for a STAGED TOW, the day after I did some more landscaping as front garden is still in progress. Tow trucks removing vehicles used for assignments, and as part of the TI Program's noise harassment campaigns, are pretty common since this website has been published - Bait and Entrapment The wicked likely figure it's free advertising for their fellow BIG CLUB members, knowing I upload their masonic dagger activity to this website. For Christians, they'll know to stay away from these companies involved in covert domestic terrorism activity. This car was brought in FOR program activities (as is seen in previous dated documentation) and is running fine - staged tow, like the others are. HQ4 and HQ2 are where two of the Mexican female CBAs still reside from the February 2024 Sheriff performance in front of our home. They are trying really hard for plausible deniability with this one (?!) - doesn't work on those with EYES THAT CAN SEE. I am not interested in permitting harassment or mob activity to continue, which makes me a problem. Sheriff communicates with CBAs here as they're hiding a little operation on the owner's property by the river at the end of Rockdale Rd, which is under security with no public information. The google maps view is quite similar to the trafficking setups I found littered across the Florida panhandle area. HQ2 and HQ4 activities again, are distractions for what's being covered up.
Since posting on this page last, the COPS TI Program provided HQ2 with a Subaru Outback and they continue with HQ4 to get me to react to their ritual abuse tactics. The majority of HQ2 tactics in the latter part of 2025 are the type attempting to make me envious of something - which is generally more amusing than the military-intel-apparatus believe's possible. Their noise tactics, light-show Psy-ops and attempts to make me feel hatred and anger towards the abusers they use fails in every way. I shake my head at the schemes of satan and his obedient minions. They are continually attempting to draw me into a reaction that can be captured by the HQ1 and HQ3 cameras and attempt to frame me on made-up charges and neutralize this truth teller. But, fiction is built on sinking sand...

Feb 11th, 2028 - Butler County has no separate Animal Control division to report animal abuse, loose dogs, etc too. The BCSO is the gatekeeper for all animal issues in the county and utilize dogs within the persecution program frequently
