Due to the frequency and blatancy of the 'covert' domestic terrorism by Community-Based Agents (CBAs) near our home - it is enough evidence to fill many websites. This and the other HQ-specific pages are to document activity for all participating in this state-sponsored persecution program.

HQ2 is the home directly across the street from ours. The CBAs that live there were trespassing through our lot from the first day we arrived at our home.

HQ2 CBAs have been given very special treatment by CSV and the Butler County Sheriff...
and I've seen this type of CBA treatment many times before!
For example, the COPS Program provided them a "vacation" when I began documenting their lightshow activities, which was where they were trained further by COPS Program Operatives - and came back with an "I heart Rialto" bumper sticker on the Subaru Outback they were provided with.
Anytime you see HQ2 referenced on this site's documentation, it refers to this group of Mexican CBAs across the road from us.
Their ritual abuse assignments correlate with HQ4 50% of the time.
The COPS Program provided them with funds and instructions to change the color of their house and remove their house address numbers in September 2025 because I have so much documentation still unloaded of their dirty tricks and criminal activity.
But, they can't change the location of the trailer they live in - so when the time comes to upload I will make the discrepancy known between the HQ2 (=HQ478) before its facelift, and after. The Canaanites who OWN governments and run this COPS Program via fusion centers, frequently use numerology and gematria as their "calling card" for ritual abuse assignments under the modern Military-Intel-Apparatus (Military-Industrial-Complex). They have acquired vast resources (mafia) and utilize all branches of government to carry out these domestic terrorism "covert" Crimes Against Humanity, and therefore are very prideful that they can - and always have - gotten away with them. This is why JFK vowed to splinter the CIA into a million pieces... they are after American sovereignty. 007 (Bond, James Bond lol) is another frequent COPS Program terrorism code. INTEL (FBI/CIA/NSA/"Secret Agents" etc) are implicated. Here, HQ2 CBAs are parking outside at 12:07am - 007 military time on my home cam - for their past community quiet time, Clown Show act. Feb 11th, 2028 - Butler County has no separate Animal Control division to report animal abuse, loose dogs, etc too. The BCSO is the gatekeeper for all animal issues in the county and utilize dogs within the persecution program frequently. They also communicate with HQ2 often for updates as main CBAs in their COPS Persecution Program here.

2026 - HQ2 Reactionary Ritual Abuse
In 2026, HQ3 Contractors (dark arts practitioners and the "Supervisors" for my targeting program across from HQ1 next door) have been taking the more covert Ritual Abuse route for entrapment since I am aware of their clown show.
They have now provided HQ2 with a new white dodge charger (8th vehicle they've been given since we arrived in late 2023) - especially for the COPS Program as material rewards are given as payment for obedient CBAs. Remember, they live right next door to the Pest Control HQ, and they're trying to deflect attention off of her - she's a County Employee and attacked me with the first words she ever spoke to me... very sick individual.
After observing HQ2's ritual abuse tactics for several years now - and they know I KNOW - they're were parking in front of our driveway to block our vehicles etc. They used this new Charger vehicle to peel out in front of our house immediately in 2/28/26, and their "visitors" do the same - as do HQ1 and their "visitors". I haven't even begun to upload yet for HQ1 and HQ3, because when I wait patiently they eventually incriminate themselves... liars/slanderers always do.
Preceding the "incident" performed by HQ2 CBAs on 3/8/26, the male was over at HQ3 (Clown Show Supervisors and Witches) getting some pointers, and fist-bumping - because it's one Big Club. (Satanic hivemind collective).
They are currently (March 2026) going for the "we've always lived here and have no trouble with any of our neighbors, so you are the problem" (for responding to our RITUAL, REACTIONARY ABUSE). HQ2 get out their phones as instructed to record this "incident" where they blocked me from pulling into my driveway after one of my household members needed medical attention. Four HQ2 CBAs came up to us at our house to verbally attack and accuse me on 3/8/2026 of trying to "run them over" while I was trying to park in the driveway. I have video of this myself. It was very staged as always... Just like HQ4 CBAs, they are gathering as much 'support' for slandering me as possible.
It is the EXACT same playbook used everywhere I have lived since being put into this Human Trafficking COPS Program.
1. RITUAL ABUSE (covert, of course) is done on "target."
2. Target reacts or responds normally to being abused, or doesn't respond in the way they want.
3. CBAs attack and accuse persecuted individual of acting "out of character" trying to provoke a physical altercation or an emotional response. The response to the CBA's reactionary/ritual abuse is then used to deflect from the COPS PROGRAM itself and say there is a "neighbor dispute" and that the "target" is unstable or not able to "get along" with others, is a "problem" etc. The narrative about their "target" and ensuring they have no credibility is very important to them.
The COPS PROGRAM demons try to paint me as a villain in any way possible, so that my word doesn't have credibility when I speak up.
If the program can't keep their "target" living in fear, then they have to try to ruin our credibility for slander.
(One of my relatives living here has recently been instigating incidents to cause strife within the home and has become increasingly abusive. We are in a Spiritual War where demons use ANYONE that has not submitted their life to Christ, and especially attack those breaking generational curses! Word Curses and witchcraft has been used against me by malignant narcissistic relatives for many decades.
I mention this only because related in this particular attack and baiting setup on 3/9/26, they were outside our home seeking to have him be a "witness" against me, since he lives here. As he is not following Christ, and with abusive history his word would be untrue of me. Staged Clown Show assignment down to their trained movements. They are making big bucks for their obedience in the COPS Program. The Pest Control HQ is right next door to them next to HQ2's new white Dodge Charger. Their other vehicles are all parked along the 'special parking lot' for organized criminals around the Admin Office and Mailbox area.
As I said, the CBA staged incident is used as a way to try and harm my credibility as a professional and slander me further. HQ2 is a CBA group used frequently due to proximity. Sheriff goes in to their house at 4:40pm on 3-9-26 - Came up on my porch to talk to me regarding HQ2's phone call and HQ2 CBAs drove off while Sheriff was up on my porch. Deputy asked me if I had a "magic wand" what would I have fixed, lol. He made it a point to say to call them - which I do not because I know their role in the persecution, and it's God's instructions not to. The entire document that Veronica has signed is saying that I mock and threaten them and tried to "run her over" when I was pulling into my driveway the night my oldest needed medical attention, and their vehicle blocked me from doing so. Images above. (They have always broken the laws here and been extremely rude to me - as you can see from HQ4 page, where HQ4 girl was trying to provoke me into a physical altercation.

My Motion to Dismiss (filed on MARCH 27th, 2026 with Butler County that included actual evidence in Exhibits A-I) was ignored entirely. I encourage those with access and ability to get a copy of my motion to dismiss.
A different Magistrate who signed the original order presided over the hearing instead of the one that was stated on the paperwork provided to me. (Friends with Mrs. Pest Control who threatened me that she would have the county legal department come after me, perhaps?) I provided only a small amount of evidence to the court - as I have so much - and the lies used by CBAs were not enough to prove I caused harm (because I haven't), and it was not granted to her.... because it was a fictitious filing meant to silence me and tarnish my name.
The CBAs when lying in the courtroom did what they always do by the script, attempting to paint me as unstable and that they were "concerned

This fusion center's COPS Program attempted this while I was living in Middletown, OH and in Florida also.
As I mentioned Mrs Pest Control, that came out on her property screaming, cursing, and threatening me on September 4, 2024 stated she works for the County and "every day" she was going to come after me - they were the original COPS Program "supervisors" until new HQ3 subcontractors moved in.
Since then, I have documented all of the COPS PROGRAM community-based agents with tactics, strategies and the lies used.
I went through all of the 'legal channels' of reporting the patterns of stalking, menacing and smear campaigns against me... to no avail.
And this is because, as Americans are now finding out, the Law Enforcement industry protects ORGANIZED CRIME, not the victims of it.
I brought a full testimony including the dates, individuals involved, evidence A-I, including emails from our Congressman's Liaison, disproving this current (March 2026) LAWFARE smear campaign to the court on 3/27/2026.
The "petitioner" at HQ2 had no real evidence and just lied, making up things that never happened saying I cursed at her in Spanish. Just full, outright LIES. With NO PROOF. The point of this Lawfare used by the County and the ones they are targeting me for by proxy - was to SMEAR my name and have it on record to attempt to ruin my name. This is also Retaliation from the County, as I posted the FACTS about the Meeting I made to resolve this clear ritual abuse activity by the community, and their lack of accountability to local and state laws.

You can see many of these already uploaded on this webpage. So, the truth is their is manufactured animosity between everyone the Cops Program uses as a CBA against me. Certainly not just her. I testified that I introduced myself to her when I arrived and that is all the spoken interaction since then, because it was clear that HQ4 (glass beer-bottle criminals) and them were friends. There has always been clear HOSTILITY from HQ2 Veronica and I have been cordial but like with all CBAs do not tolerate or engage in attempts at provoking or clear disrespectful communication. 2) "Petitioner testified to historical incidents..." Everything the HQ2 CBA, Veronica and CBA Destiny testified that I did, were blatant lies.
As I mentioned, I have had NO communication with her as they are hostile to me. The lie that I was "threatening to call ICE" is supposed to be regarding the day that HQ4 's female CBA lightshow girl came out attempting to provoke me into a fight, and record me responding to her threats and insults. Even the Countryside Village Manager's truck was parked in front of the Pest Control HQ at the exact time this was taking place. There is a picture uploaded on HQ4 page showing female CBA who resides at HQ4 and her male relative in Expedition Truck, with HQ2 females (Veronica and Destiny) as they are mocking me and attempting to get me to emotionally react to them - per the CBA Manual. I never threatened to "call ICE" and find their attempts at smearing my name with lies truly pathetic. I have never attempted to "taunt" or "intimidate" her. Rather, the evidence here on my website, and in my motion to dismiss, shows their community and state-sponsored attempts to intimidate me.

Dash cams are for capturing EVIDENCE and activities while driving, and at a residence of the owner - another United States Citizen Right, the state is attempting to weaponize against me for exercising. When parked, if left in the vehicle until removed, it points down the road where the Pest Control HQ & Harley-DavidsonHQ is (both county/state/mafia) as well as HQ497-499, HQ475-HQ472 where previous harassment and crimes have come from, since I have proven on this website Butler County Sheriff do NOT enforce any laws at Countryside.
