Common Psy-Op Tactics
Psy-op is short for Psychological Operation. This too, like 'targeted individual,' is military terminology.

Just ask every human affected by the recent military's 'coronavirus' psy-op who lost a relative/friend and weren't able to be with them in the hospital! Hospitals regularly kill people and are also just another tentacle of the mafia state leviathan. Nurses aren't paid the big bucks for not doing what the state orders them to.... avoid them when possible! Every nurse I know personally has no morality and easily betrays others. It's a "health industry," not to be confused with well-being.

All types of noise that would be considered normal to hear in a residential location or workplace has been weaponized, now used to cause disease and to put humans into a state of fear consciousness. For those who move past fear consciousness, noise campaigns are used to harass and distract (no-touch torture).
Automobiles and lawn equipment are used most frequently for these noise campaigns around a TI's home. It is no accident that the masonic checkerboard floor is also the symbol for car race finish lines and a plethora of other car-related companies and merchandise. The 'hidden hand' owns the entire motor vehicle industry now, regardless of the good intentions that some of the pioneers had when inventing them.
This psy-op tactic comes in many forms. In my experience, the COPS Program has mainly used the local mob / community-based agents (CBAs) / masonic mafia - this includes police, sheriffs, fire dept, emt/ambulance, bus drivers, state/county/city employees / medical employees / every type of delivery driver / security staff and co-workers/colleagues/relatives. Frequency warfare is used on the public under the guise of 'security/safety' just as is everything meant to bring us under further draconian rule.

And they hate us just as they hate Him. They are mocking us too, through the use of artificial light. All lighter flickering specifically represents the Fiery Furnace... State-Funded Persecution Program.
These are the ignorable, COVERT Psy-Op Tactics to recognize, for those who are unfamiliar with them and/or don't have neighbors and random visitors who sit in their vehicles flicking lighters for no apparent reason. If you have had the unfortunate experience of witnessing an episode of 'beavis and butthead' just picture Beavis with a lighter in his hand flicking it while repeating the words "fire," "fire," "fire..." This will give you an idea of the level of ignorance and a visual image of this Psy-Op Tactic. Smokers ALWAYS have lighters with them.. Generally lighters, mobile devices, flashlights and house lights are used in attempts to inflict psychological damage against a Persecuted Individual.
John 8:12 - Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

These are just two recent examples of the "neighbors" at HQ3 and HQ4 who have been trained and hired as community-based agents. This is at our new home in Ohio. This particular psy-op has been a constant tactic in every location I have lived since 2012, so the symbolism is very important to the satanists.

- Stalking / Intercepts / High Traffic
This PSY-OP TACTIC may be one of the most commonly seen and experienced by those of us being targeted and persecuted by the Mob/State. There are several parts that are all connected. The easiest is that because the is military intel/fusion center terrorism, a TI's location is known and tracked at all times. Using simple GPS and mobile device spying, our appointments, work schedule and stores we frequent are logged. A perp/CBA is often sent directly to a TI's residence and/or destination ahead of time to "intimidate" and ritually abuse a TI as we go about our daily lives.
In this very recent video example below, you will see a perp in a white vehicle (never seen before) drive past my house as I had just unlocked the car preparing to leave. Then when I am heading out of my door to enter my car, this same perp in white vehicle pulls up right in front of our home and parks. This is a clear example of stalking at our residence. They drive off when I come to the door to head out for my appointment.

April 30, 2024 - Counterintelligence Stalking (aka Intel Mafia) - Returning to my vehicle from a trip to the grocery store, a man in all black with hat, texting and smoking is parked standing next to my vehicle. Timestamped images of creeper below.

On December 8th, 2024 in the same Kroger parking lot this CIA creeper above was positioned (one of the many corporations owned by these black budget operatives), I was tailgated in - which is a typical Program activity. County Sheriffs were there on my way in and out. Once returning to my vehicle after shopping there was what appeared to be an Asian 'popstar' like an Anime character in a red/maroon SUV in the spot next to mine that recorded me returning my shopping cart with their mobile device, and then tried pulling out and running me over as I returned to my vehicle. I also discovered that the back trunk of my vehicle had been tampered with. This particular Asian intercept was clearly trying to be obvious about recording me and looking for a response of anger after pulling forward while I was on my way back to my vehicle. Seemed like it would be important to document this incident.
The stalking and intercepts are coordinated by the TI Program in a way that can be perceived by the untrained eye as "DENIABLE," and easily dismissed by a casual observer. But they are very clearly orchestrated to intimidate, harass, and inflict psychological damage. The general public can only deny their existence for so long until it becomes self-evident.
Another consistent PSY-OP TACTIC is the amount of traffic that is sent to a primary (HQ) CBA's house/property.
