Common Psy-Op Tactics
Psy-op is short for Psychological Operation. This too, like 'targeted individual,' is military terminology.
Their wickedness in the name of their god - the god of war and bloodshed. It cannot be hidden any longer... regardless of how they spin it to the public.
Just ask every human affected by the recent military's 'coronavirus' psy-op who lost a relative/friend and weren't able to be with them in the hospital! Hospitals regularly kill people and are also just another tentacle of the mafia state leviathan. Nurses aren't paid the big bucks for not doing what the state orders them to.... avoid them when possible! Every nurse I know personally has no morality and easily betrays others. It's a "health industry," not to be confused with well-being.
Psyops are used against a human being's mind, against the mental faculties our wise God created us with.
Psy-op tactics are used by military and governmental/state agencies to make a human question their own sanity and/ or make them believe something that is untrue about themself or reality.
In my experience, one of the most frequent psychological operation tactics that are used against my consciousness are attacking what it means to be a single woman. I divorced an abusive husband very quickly and refused to stay in any relationship where I was not truly loved. Raised by biological parents who are Big Club members that emotionally, verbally, sometimes physically, and financially abused me my entire life with guilt-tripping/gaslighting tactics I was never intended to know or recognize my own inherent worth or value. But I did.
The Military-Intel-Apparatus tries to find your weaknesses or unfulfilled desires to abuse, so they would assume that I desire a husband or a good man. It is unfathomable to them that a woman would be happily single (without the state as a 3rd party in my relationship, lol) The COPS Program does psy-ops such as playing theater and drama roles in front of my home by CBAs that would make me feel like I'm missing out. All of the married women pridefully trying to make a targeted single woman feel "less than." The entire Program is rooted in PRIDE... and their master is satan, its author.

For those who move past fear consciousness, noise campaigns are used to harass and distract (no-touch torture)... these are the type targeting our nervous systems and well-being.

Another example here is the Harley Davidson HQ (HDHQ) boy (20s-30s) starting up his motorcycle and letting it idle for 20-30 minutes, while dogs outside bark and simultaneously when Mrs Pest Control pulls into her driveway. He shuts the engine off after idling 20 minutes and revs it right back up again letting it idle, as he does what he's told to do. They do these noise assignments right when one of the neighboring school children gets off the bus and is walking down the road at the same time so it looks completely natural with plausibility built-in. - Stalking / Intercepts / High Traffic
This PSY-OP TACTIC may be one of the most commonly seen and experienced by those of us being targeted and persecuted by the Mob/State. There are several parts that are all connected. The easiest is that because the is military intel/fusion center terrorism, a TI's location is known and tracked at all times. Using simple GPS and mobile device spying, our appointments, work schedule and stores we frequent are logged. A perp/CBA is often sent directly to a TI's residence and/or destination ahead of time to "intimidate" and ritually abuse a TI as we go about our daily lives.
In this very recent video example below, you will see a perp in a white vehicle (never seen before) drive past my house as I had just unlocked the car preparing to leave. Then when I am heading out of my door to enter my car, this same perp in white vehicle pulls up right in front of our home and parks. This is a clear example of stalking at our residence. They drive off when I come to the door to head out for my appointment.

On December 8th, 2024 in the same Kroger parking lot this CIA creeper above was positioned (one of the many corporations owned by these black budget operatives), I was tailgated in - which is a typical Program activity.
County Sheriffs were there on my way in and out. Once returning to my vehicle after shopping there was what appeared to be an Asian 'popstar' like an Anime character in a red/maroon SUV in the spot next to mine that recorded me returning my shopping cart with their mobile device, and then tried pulling out and running me over as I returned to my vehicle. I also discovered that the back trunk of my vehicle had been tampered with. This particular Asian intercept was clearly trying to be obvious about recording me and looking for a response of anger after pulling forward while I was on my way back to my vehicle. Seemed like it would be important to document this incident.
County Sheriffs were there on my way in and out.
