In Tallahassee, Florida, the TI COPS Program used their USPS CBAs frequently as it's a democrat-ran lawless part of Florida.
In Ohio, USPS tries to be more strategic with their participation.

Here is a USPS mailtruck just 'delivering mail' to HQ2.
The Street Parking Harassment Documentation is directly related to this type of noise assignment.
Typically, the USPS parks in front of the house receiving the delivery unless blocked off which is not the case here.
This is a clear example of a very plausibly deniable street parking assignment they wouldn't have access to if one of our vehicles were parked there.
But, looking closely at the videos you can see that this USPS employee comes back with the same letter/envelope he was meant to deliver.
This is the same USPS employee that has delivered our packages sliced with pocket knives.

This is a mail carrier that knows where he's going... Parks in front of our home (after landscaping work yesterday - garden still in progress) and delivers package to HQ1, which was clear with no obstructions. |

My lack of response to the COPS Program tactics by ignoring the slander, smear campaign, and harassment has the Fusion Center at a loss...
And that is when they begin doing really clear activities they know I can post because there's no doubt what the video shows the paid CBA doing.
Here is a 'new carrier' that has never been seen before delivering a package. While leaving, he turns back towards our residence and points like he's communicating to the surveillance contractors. Yep buddy, I have been under illegal surveillance since 2017 or earlier this is not news to me. But thanks for showing this off for my documentation. I am still not afraid to speak the truth.
