Due to the covert nature of state-sponsored, tax-payer funded, covert harassment zersetzung used by the COPS Program the tactics used must be those with sufficient 'deniability' as to not have traceability to its origin. That is why so many seemingly 'random' CBAs are utilized. To a casual observer of the tactics, these are just random car drivers with no ill intent. To the "target" that is being systemically persecuted and ritually abused, these vehicles and drivers are recognizable and patterns are clear.

As the local mafia - which include all law enforcement/intel organizations - it is an easy task for them to change out vehicles and plates at anytime they see fit, because they are operating above the 'law' they expect the public to live under.
I can go back to 2019 with video evidence of this particular tactic which is simply CBAs making excessive noise with their engines outside of our property, on the road we live on, or that can be heard from inside our home. It's one of the most commonly used tactics, because as everyone has a car this can be overlooked 9 out of 10 times.
However, the footage and vehicles documented here will be sufficiently clear documented evidence that the vehicle is breaking the law in regards to speed limit and noise ordinances for township/park. Lawlessness is okay for those with government jobs. They have a "free pass." They're part of the Big Club.
This is another tactic which happens within all cities in the sick modern luciferian society we live in, so can be ignored and the perp felt sorry for.
Much like the insecure mafia girls/boys used to attack me verbally, they have serious lack of maturity problems that need looking into... they appear to thrive on drama and have something to prove. Sad, sorry saps serving satan.
