They play games with lights because they think their deeds can be hidden, however, The Creator sees EVERYTHING the same whether it is day or night. Quail Ridge Lamp Post Light
The lamp post light in front of my house used to remain solid through the night as its function and purpose. After Zersetzung Contractors agents Deb & Smith (and Teri et al on the Georgia side set up their HQ this lamp post now is turned on and off like a light switch at random times or, when I am viewing my camera facing QR Rd. The following is the footage and timestamps of this activity. Any real city or neighborhood where a bulb is going out would eventually call someone in to have it replaced. This has been going on for years now. As you will see, it is intentional tampering.
