HQ4Down1 - Documentation
This webpage is specific to the residence on the other side of HQ4 to document their TI Program activities. Since I've already covered the closest CBAs, I am calling this one HQ4Down1. For reference this is our side of the street and the house two down from us, next door to HQ4. [OH Plate JVE-8036]
I had introduced myself already to these people but like the others, they have proven to participate for the COPS PROGRAM and masonic thugs.

They do these kinds when desperate! How amazing that with all of these Sheriffs driving around in this community that this would go unnoticed.
I know very well how the children of darkness live their lives doing the will of their master. And their rotten fruit is on display.
Remember that laws are most often broken when the person(s) breaking the law KNOWS they can get away with it.
Crimes against Humanity in fact are paid for by wickedness in high places.
As of September 2024, there is a white suv with Florida plates and another small white vehicle parked in their driveway.
Tallahassee, Florida and Havana, Florida Human & Narcotics Traffickers collaborating as one of their GA/FL line operations have been EXPOSED.
HQ4Down1 is directly across the street from PestControlHQ.
This group along with HQ514 behind HQ4 regularly use gangsta crap - frequency warfare tactics from their homes and vehicles.

This is the 4th of July Flyer put on resident's porches as a "reminder" that no fireworks are permitted here. It was sent out in just English although 75%+ of residents are fluent in Spanish only. I saw many of these flyers flying down the road and were never received by residents.
As you will see from the video evidence below, this was a lip-service flyer with no real enforcement intended. There is no enforcement from management on this public health issue as you can see by the timestamped dates from this lot. |

I have reported to management regarding the fireworks but they are 'just following orders' from the masonic military persecutors at large. The Program gladly provides these explosives. As a reminder about the COPS Program is that if they can't keep a "target" in fear consciousness, bring me/us down to their level (and no child of God can be), then their goal is to continue to create an environment in which we either litigate against the law-breaking owners, or move.
My Holy Spirit instructions for now are to stay. God has been sending me into satanic strongholds where Trafficking is being covered up.
Therefore, the videos here are documentation of fireworks being set off by the HQ4Down1 , HQ4 CBAs / HQ2 CBAs and Pest Control HQ CBAs.
There are of course far more on this road who collude in these crimes also.

HQ4 criminal CBAs leave driveway and the white SUV belonging to Florida Traffickers pulls up at the Pest Control HQ, honking ... followed by the very unstable Mrs. Pest Control (see Sep 4, 2024) and then pulls into the HQ4Down1 driveway where they have been for awhile now. (nothing to document here other than they just want to make me aware FL criminals are colluding with the Ohio criminals. Yep. I was already aware, noted.) |

Sep 29, 2024 2:52am-3:00am More fireworks were provided to these CBAs. Went off from HQ4Down1 mobile home lot after 10pm 9/27/24 and 12:05am 9/28/24 and on 9/29/24 beginning at 2:52am ... during an electrical outage from high winds associated with Hurricane Helene (9/27/24 3:44am-9/28/24 7:53pm) and after electricity was restored.
