The COPS Program hired in some 'professional' dark arts practitioners that would be more 'effective' to live next door to me Mid-Summer 2025.
When the new owners moved in there was a guy sent ahead parked in front of HQ3 next to us, doing typical 10:4 (COPS Program calling card) timestamp entries and exits. They know I have already deciphered their use of numerology in attempt to intimidate and give evidence of their ritual abuse masters.
Due to my experience with the Program's tactics I knew this group would operate far more covertly. And, as always, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to find out if they were on assignment or just happened to move in next door to me - this has never been the case since 2017 - but, I greeted them and they had planned an entire meeting for HQ1's Ring Cam with Agent Smith coincidentally arriving to meet with them at the same time. The male is between 6'5" - 7' tall and the female is maybe 5'5" or so, both around 6-10 years older than I am. I watched the body language and intuited lots of unhealed trauma and guilt rather quickly.
The female had hands on her hips in defensive mode continuously. The new HQ3 male pointed over to Mr. Pest Control when he came out with affinity as though they knew each other - and that is certainly one of the reasons they moved in.
The male pretended to be friendly at first, but by October 31, 2025 the truth was clear about their true intent - as the truth can never long be hidden.
Just as HQ5 that CSV Management brought in to live behind us and post the Smear Campaign sign (premeditated damage control in anticipation of exposure) HQ3 are halloween adherents. They put up a cemetery next to our lot with a grave using the "Punisher" symbolism and hanging ghouls on the front of their trailer so there is a gravesite when we open our front door etc... HQ5 in fact never took their Halloween 'decor' down from 2024. Leaving Christmas lights up is one thing, but this gives lots of insight into the type of demonic spirits which reside in both homes here. Covens and mafia are crawling all over this Butler County parcel. And with coverups this is always the case.
Nothing done here is any matter to me - not my business - except for how it relates to the ritual abuse and witchcraft / military intel apparatus attacks on my life. Oct 31 is a high satanic 'holy day' for these Covens Members residing here, so the evidence that new HQ3 are clearly (while using Christian symbolism to hide behind on their vehicles) connected to Witchcraft and utilization of well-known fear tactics is documented here.
My intuition and inner sight showed me this male cloaked for rituals as a high ranking witch. g to her in person regarding the fence that was stolen from us between our lot and theirs (alongside our driveway and the natural border aligning with the steps end on their lot) I went right over to pleasantly ask if they had seen anything - knowing they were involved) had black eyes with no light - soulless. I know when I'm dealing with these demonic entities now. They all keep very late hours who live around here, coincidentally.
While they have plenty of hired Big Club members and volunteers to take assignments, the connection between our fence being stolen and HQ3 was obvious.
Due to my lack of emotional response (supply) and waiting to even upload anything they've tried until now, they then turned to obvious 'home renovation' work past 10pm through the 2am which prevents me from sleeping. That tells me their masters are desperate, as they have been covert until now.
Home renovations are certainly plausible, I get it. But using power tools and hammering past 1am is not. Evidence of COPS Program from HQ3 below.
Then on November 3rd night through 4:40AM on November 4th, 2025 HQ3 hammered and sawed all morning next to our home which is really more clear of the true intent of the "no-touch torture..." sleep deprivation is an EVIL tactic used when they can't get the target to lose their joy or respond to other tactics.
On November 4th, 3:30pm I walked over to their house and the male answered. The mature thing, regardless of what I know is to go to them in person first. I said basically, Hi I know you're new here so not sure if you're familiar with the noise ordinance. County, Township, and State are all 10pm-7am quiet time here. He says something about carpet - I knew that 'renovation' was the deniability excuse going in to the conversation. But I opened the line of communication so that they understand I am someone with integrity who will come talk to people first because that's the mature thing to do.
Those who attack me first without ever saying hello or trying to get to know me (HQ2, Mrs. Pest Control, HQ4, HQ5) forfeited this communication option.
Be the example whenever possible, as some may come to know Christ through our actions.
