Workplace Discrimination - Black Violence
I waited once returning to Ohio before continuing my professional career due to market conditions.
In other words, I worked in some other fields before switching my Licensure from Florida to Ohio to be sure it would still make sense financially. God led me to go ahead in the Summer of 2025 to continue my career path and continuing education for my Ohio License as well. God has the Plan!
I chose to work briefly making deliveries to help cover costs etc, at the local Italian Pizzeria called LaRosa's doing delivery driver work in August 2025. It was going very well and cash tips were super, having never worked a 'tip job' before.
There were some concerning things I found that management allowed which were not anywhere close to what their Employee Handbook stated. Several of the black employees whose conduct was not professional, one calling out sexual slurs and the 'loafing' rather than staying busy working plus not wearing khaki pants as was expected of the other drivers by one black male, was never addressed. The way it is now in some places is that black privilege means these employees are not held to the same standard, and if reprimanded, companies are afraid of discrimination lawsuits so they let black employees get away with anything at work.
This has led to poor quality service and eventually in my case a hostile, violent workplace environment.
I enjoyed speaking with management and all of the employees and hated to see that management wasn't interested in creating a positive work culture.
The black delivery driver named W. Williams on October 11, 2025, stood with the other black employees blocking the only hallway for me to walk to get back to the delivery area. I said, "Excuse me" and looking at me like I was putting him through some hardship to have to move so I could do my job, finally got out of the way.
I turned back around and saw him running at me violently and got up in my face SCREAMING "I don't like your tone! I'm a grown man!" and physically approached me with violent intent as he verbally assaulted me. This is a large black male attacking a much smaller white female for factual reference. I said nothing back while looking at the manager waiting for him to do something. One decent manager got in between him and I from his attack on me. Then when I walked back toward delivery, he came up at me violently again in my face and yelled, "BITCH!"
The other managers acted like nothing happened, one saying, 'I didn't see what escalated the event..." as though anything would have made that acceptable conduct?
While walking out to my vehicle I saw a Butler County Sheriff pull in to the parking lot, and since LaRosa's Management did not remove Mr. Williams to make the environment a safe place to work, I was led to tell him I wanted to make a report regarding the violent attack that just occurred.
He called in another vehicle and female officer met me in the parking lot to take my report. Being attacked verbally, physically threatened, or otherwise is not acceptable in a 'civilized society' and much more not OK in a workplace. Needless to say LaRosa's is not a place our family will ever eat at again. They allow workplace violence and discrimination!
My hiring manager was coincidentally on vacation during this incident and so I reached out to upper management to address this attack on their premises.
I met with two of them at the Middletown branch.
While presenting the evidence and including the specific Level 1 offenses this employee violated on 10/11/2025, I was not receiving anything from them as to an apology or how they could fix the issue, speaking to store-level management... very gatekeeper-like. It was clear they did not intend to do anything to make the work environment a safe place by 10 minutes into the meeting so I resigned right there. This, I know, was one of the intents of the attack itself, but I always stick to just the facts when speaking about words and actions from others, as clarity is most important.
I have made a report with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, as being called a RACIST for bringing facts to the attention of company Management, is clear discrimination. I wouldn't have had to resign from my role had they provided the WORKPLACE described within the Handbook... but they did not follow it. Instead they looked for ways to defend the actions of the attacker at my job. The Commission has up to 1 year to do the full investigation, if they even see fit to do one.

On November 6, 2025, after loading my items into the passenger seat of my car at Meijer, I walked around to the driver's door but as I turned the corner of my bumper a black male came through the aisle of my vehicle and stopped right in front of my driver's car door.
He blocked me and says, "EXCUSE ME!" which was recreating the violent attack at my former workplace I endured by a black male - who looks strikingly similar to Mr. Williams. He didn't move at all when I turned for him to walk past, he just stood there blocking me from opening my car door trying to upset me and start a confrontation.
It was very clear that he timed his walk to my driver side door to block me.
This was a retaliatory STALKING incident, so I have added his picture from dashcam here. He turned and took a picture of my vehicle.
Since the COPS Program is still attempting to smear my name they are trying to paint me as a racist now, rather than someone who sees everyone as equal encouraging everyone be held to the same standards and equally accountable for their actions. The Mafia Rule (military-intel-apparatus) we have in America using intimidation, fear tactics and violence can't have that, or they lose control of the population - which has already begun after 'covid' Psy-Op.
