Butler County, OH Meeting
Fully AWARE of the contract hit/blacklisting against me, and millions of other persecuted individuals in the United States by the military-intel-apparatus (FBI/Infragard/JTTF/NSA/CIA), I set up a meeting with the commissioners office of the County where I’m from and reside in on July 17th, 2025.
In April 2025, my local Congressman's liaison recommended this as a possible route per our discussion regarding the CSV Owner/Management operating above the law, actively engaging in harassment/discrimination against me, allowing community/township/state laws to be broken with no enforcement, and CSV management's failure to respond to me while breaching my lot lease contract, for the home that I own.
It is imperative for the Military-Intel-Apparatus COPS Program to control the narrative, ensuring that when a persecuted individual reports some or all of the tactics being used that it is perceived by the public as a “Civil” problem… and not what it is in truth, a State-Sponsored Criminal Operation.
That is why the meeting began with the Sheriff Dept Employee (military representative) attempting a character assassination / false accusation. He had my false dossier folder there and prefaced the meeting by stating that Management has said I am a “difficult tenant” and that I make complaints about things that no one else has a problem with. The BCSO’s relationship with Countryside Village has been clear since the day I moved in, as two Butler County Sheriff Employees in uniform were standing in the lobby when I went in for my paperwork. (Intimidation tactics I am quite familiar with, however, are no longer effective.)
The late 2023 and 2024 (and beyond) webpages are full of examples of Ohio State Lawbreaking that I have experienced and specific aggravated menacing by all of the “latino” CBAs near my home (masonic thug mafia members) and most of the “caucasian” CBAs, as they work for the state and military-intel-apparatus.
Below I have listed specifically what Ohio STATE Laws are continually broken, not enforced, and persist despite the “volunteer” cops that drive in and out of this community regularly protecting the interests of the owner, because it is the owner who should be held accountable for this criminal activity.
The Manager, Kaitlin Reece has insulted me repeatedly and threatened me (like many of CSV residents have). She refuses to respond to my and my family's communications, including forms taken to their office, professional emails and phone calls relating to the ongoing criminal activity.
She and upper management (Jason O'Dell) lied to me regarding reimbursement of personal funds for both TNR services and our fencing due to their 'inability' to prevent residential trespassing through our leased lot. (On Oct 30, 2025 some of our fencing was stolen as retaliation. On November 19, 2025 CSV employee left a voicemail that the TNR reimbursement check was there (11 months after providing them the receipts). They must have figured since they stole our fencing they got their money from that check they wrote anyway.
My leasehold estate lot is not in some condominium's "Common Area," so they have been in breach of my contract -as residents are free to walk through our lot with no violations - since Nov 2023. The Management here literally tried to use the excuse that no one could translate for their Hispanic population on rules and guidelines. They hired a girl in their office that speaks Spanish, but that has never solved the trespassing issue.
Our driveway was also never paved as was promised in 2024. It is not level, mostly gravel, and many residents here such as the Pest Control HQ, HDHQ and others were all paved across the street in 2024 since "some animals are more equal than others" as Orwell put it succinctly in Animal Farm.
In October 2025 (1 year+ after originally told it would be done), the driveway was finally paved and repaired, but not without extrajudicial punishment (which is a Capitol Crime) from the COPS Program. Our vehicle parked on the road - as was required for the driveway blacktop install - was intentionally hit by HQ1 male. Video footage is clear that he backed straight out and hit it without ever turning his wheel to avoid our car. Regardless of their attempt to apologize for the cameras, this was very intentional.
Then, on October 30th, our fencing that lined our driveway and rubbish bins was stolen. Clearly, staked into the ground and part of the landscaping we are doing here. Large, metal fencing units plus four large garden stakes were stolen, and casually loaded into his SUV. (See videos below)
Sheriff Jones must be aware of the CRIMINAL activities here by now... In fact the same night 2-3 Butler County Sheriff vehicles were down at the end of the road socializing with the residents who send up the trespasser traffic. There has always been a very clear relationship - like a working relationship - between BCSO and Countryside Village. And while it won't be reported on by any owned media, it will be here for the world to see. Independent reporting and journalism is the only real way people hiding from the light become EXPOSED - along with their criminal networks.
I realize that CSV's Owner's lack of response and increase in residential criminal activity is also an attempt to persuade me to move out and leave the community. Rather than addressing and responding to legitimate issues regarding the conduct and activities which violate county, state and even federal laws... they issue me frivolous and non-warranted "violation notices" from management. This is how organized criminals act to avoid accountability.
However, I chose to bring BCSO and CSV's illegal activities with their lack of enforcement or accountability into public awareness, for ourselves and all of Butler County, Ohio residents who are experiencing systemic harassment and discrimination due to speaking up, classism, discrimination and/or just plain corruption.
If we are not vigilant about our civil rights and neighborhoods this area will become even more lawless.
This is my own home county and county of residence for the majority of my life but the large number foreigners brought here en masse since the (CIA) Intel-Apparatus needs them to facilitate state-level trafficking operations.
I have friends I went to high school with that confirmed several of the school board members/security guards/police personnel etc had begun "creeping" on little boys at school, and knowing what I do about the Masonic Mafia Pedo-Predators, this is by design.
I have witnessed the corruption growing in this geographic region since the 1990s. The republican (masonic) base of organized criminals always vote the same.
When this systemic pedo-filth are endangering our community's children at the "political/sheriff" level of the county... it demands accountability.
And, I know for a fact this is NOT the only county/state where it's happening.

They use this symbolism on vehicles, homes, and utilize scripture to "cloak" their real allegiances and intentions. - I met with a county representative and a (BCSO) Butler County Sheriff's Office representative (names withheld for documentation, but on file). The BCSO rep in uniform immediately states to the County Rep information given to him by the CSV management which are false accusations about my character.
- The two of them bantered back and forth while belittling whatever possible qualms I had to speak about as trivial and surely a "civil" matter only.
- I provided just two of the Ohio State Code Laws that are continually broken and asked why the Owner of CSV mobile home community is above the law, and BCSO rep immediately defends them while ignoring the question I asked.
- I brought up questions regarding police code for actual enforcement to PREVENT repeat criminal activity - instead of simply taking a report and then nothing happens protocol now in place - that leads to the climate of lawlessness which we currently have. Residents KNOW they can commit crimes and no actual enforcement / penalty / citation / fines are given. I asked what crimes they actually DO enforce anymore and what their priorities are? BCSO rep wouldn't answer the question, says to "call the Sheriff."
I asked why Residential Security Camera Videos and Timestamped Images aren't admissible as evidence and the Butler County Rep answered that Artificial Intelligence (AI) exists now, so residents could just be "making up" the footage... this one I couldn't believe.
Fellow Ohioans, there appears to be no use in utilizing your home security cameras because "Law Enforcement" and your County Representative Rep states that our dated/timestamped footage and dated/timestamped camera stillshots are being doctored!
In other words, they are gatekeepers not permitting our home footage that shows clear evidence of activity at our residence to "enforce" laws.
They must be called or the crime didn't happen? Quite the criminal system they've built, as those with open eyes can perceive.
We The People are not 'allowed' to provide our own evidence unless one of the state's installed agents investigates our clear footage of criminal activity, and in their opinion determines whether the law was broken and choose whether they feel like enforcing it.
There is no consistency in enforcement... and because the laws are not applied equally to everyone living on Earth, classism/discrimination (and state-sponsored criminal activity) allow for certain individuals and 'protected classes' to commit crimes with immunity/impunity.
This is a gatekeeping system. This is also how high-level organized crime is allowed to continue...
because organized criminals don't investigate themselves! - POLICE REFORM - especially protocol and accountability - is long overdue. But, "representatives" don't bring that topic up!

- The county rep attempted to demean me indicating my concern was not valid and then I was shut down, told to call the Sheriff and assumptions made about what I was looking to have them do, rather than engage in REAL communication that could have led to solutions being implemented.
They shut down every attempt I made at a civil resolution. - I have added the information here that would have been shared, had I been actually had my legal concerns heard as a Butler County Ohio Resident by these representatives. But they were, per usual just 'following orders.'

Meeting Notes & Questions Never Addressed
- Why is Countryside Village Hamilton's Owner above the law?
Why are they not subject to the same laws and regulations as the rest of the County and Ohio? Why are management's vehicles not required to be registered in Ohio instead of Michigan, when used/parked in Ohio? Why is their management not held accountable for failure to respond to communication from residents? Why are CSV residents permitted to break county/state laws with no enforcement? Why is their Owner unaccountable for harassment of Residents? - Why is there a political line drawn in the back of Countryside Village effectively creating two sets of laws for the mobile home community? One for residents of Lakota school district and another set (clearly more permissive with criminal activity) for residents of Monroe school district.
Why isn't there one cohesive set of rules/guidelines for ALL residents of the entire mobile home community? Why do Butler County Sheriffs patrol the area and park here, but do not enforce any laws? - Why did the BCSO fail to investigate after I reported the noise harassment incident? A few weeks later, the same resident put his glass beer bottle under our vehicle's tire. This criminal activity could have been prevented had their been a REAL investigation and this resident been issued a citation, a fine, and/or been facing jail time. The lack of actual enforcement creates this climate of lawlessness. When you see the black tire peel-out marks on the roads within the community, why aren't you issuing citations to these resident drivers? Why are you allowing CSV residents to drive off-road ATVs on residential roads?
- Which Ohio and County Laws are actually being enforced by BCSO and local Police Depts?
Are violent crimes that are responded to, (not prevented), the only activity that is a priority in our County? What percentage of local police resources is used in fostering well-being in our communities? What percentage of police resources is spent in responding and investigating compared to prevention of criminal activity for our County? What solutions have been implemented by the County to deter residential noise pollution and crime? - Why are Ohio representatives not creating bills to update/upgrade police protocols for efficiency and real justice to residents of Ohio?
Are safer, peaceful communities for the well-being of Butler County Residents a priority, or is fund-raising for the state the main priority?
How is timestamped video documentation by a home security system not utilized to send citations and fines to perps who can be identified by vehicle plate number, physically seen on camera, and also by their home address?

09/04/2024 - County Employee shouts, verbally abuses, and attempts to intimidate me by her threats that all her county/police friends will come after me.

This is the first time this resident/neighbor ever said a word to me, and does not know me at all which is very strange.
Now, if you examine the lease language from the Community Guidelines under the CONDUCT heading, you see that the above abusive language, threats, shouting, and intimidation tactics by this County employee is not permitted. 8/17/2024 - Countryside Village Residents that still live here and did not have any consequences or "violations" from management, even after I forwarded these videos and images regarding their crime. The lying manager told me for over a year to just keep sending her videos of the crimes. No response. Vehicle tampering to flatten our tire and cause property damage - thug culture. This tire had to be replaced after this incident. HQ4 |
Solutions
The solutions for real improvements I brought with me to the meeting for discussion, however, as I was cut off by the County and BCSO representatives these solutions were not even addressed. These are several real solutions that would aid in stopping crime in the County, IF that was an intention for them, but it is not. Their goals are fiscal, financial and sadly not about residential community well-being.
- Every Residential Community across the entire county, including where all residences are located should have Noise Ordinance Signage, including clear penalties for breaking these laws, with REAL Enforcement.
Car stereos, home speakers, engine noise, everything cited in the Ohio State Code 4513.211 should be strictly enforced by the state. If the local law enforcement does not enforce residential noise violations via citations, fines, and jail time then a community organization can be formed that hold these law enforcement agencies accountable. The income bracket of residences should have no bearing on whether or not noise violations are enforced, otherwise discrimination and classism is identified as influencing public health decisions. - The county can appropriate funding for a public racetrack, dirt bike area 6+ miles away from any residential location which will allow these reckless drivers and insecure/immature drivers a place to "blow off some steam," rather than on our roadways and in our neighborhoods. This one allows off-road bikes/vehicles on our residential streets and the woods behind and next to it, and Butler County "Law Enforcement" doesn't do a thing to protect residents. Speed bumps for residential neighborhoods should become commonplace.
Law enforcement needs to begin enforcing roadway noise and recklessness, because due to the current lack of enforcement there is a clear climate of lawlessness across the county. Crimes are committed because there is no consequence. The influx of foreigners/dual citizens/traffickers has turned this county into an ongoing mafia crime scene. The county is responsible for ensuring public safety which means, attaching penalties to these crimes for every violator on our roadways and off. If there were real consequences crime would end. This is a simple concept... but many know, that's not what "law enforcement" are hired by the state to do. It's pretense.
Residential neighborhoods where children play and human beings spend their time should be designated as nuisance / noise-free areas (specifically for the well-being of vulnerable populations, but for the benefit of all), with no tolerance policies for repeat offenders.
Residents in Ohio, and in America, should have new Residence Protections drawn up that eliminate any questions about how our homes/property and roadways are being used. This does not mean more "HOAs" or organizations meant to control people... but Citizen Oversight that bi-weekly and Monthly come together civilly to address issues, share concerns, and what are the issues that ought not to be tolerated in a Residential Area.
With the influx of foreign "citizens" and the lawlessness growing in all cities, groups of citizen-ran oversight for our Residential Areas can be created to put an end to the ongoing issues that law enforcement and the military-intel-apparatus are not addressing, and/or creating themselves. If law enforcement continues to refuse to enforce the agreed-upon problem issues in our neighborhoods by issuing citations, fines, and intervening on behalf of our Citizen Oversight groups, we have a bigger issue to address... the courts, laws, and law enforcement protocol needs to be updated, or not used at all.
Loopholes in the current system and masonic network allow for communications which ensure IF cops are called that the perps are gone before the police arrive, or perps told what to say to make the homeowner/victim look like a problem. That is a form of tyranny, and it is not acceptable in a country claiming to be the land "of the free." Otherwise, it's just the land of the "free" masons.
Residents can come together to address certain rising problems with one another, and attend oversight meetings, where every single resident is given a voice and opportunity to be heard. The division and hateful pride seen in modern politics is no way to maturely handle things. Local communities need not look to any "leadership" which results in incompetence and only exacerbate problems rather than solve them effectively. - The county would do well to consider the well-being of it's residents in more ways than just financially.
When there are problems created by non-enforcement of crimes this creates a climate of lawlessness. We have already seen many incidents of this recently in our neighboring county of Hamilton (Cincinnati), fueled by a lack of law enforcement and the militarization of police departments creating division in our communities. Police departments and Sheriff agencies need to hire police to do more than raise revenue for the county, but to ensure our communities are free from lawlessness as it is growing. - Nip this in the bud by holding lessors and owners responsible for failing to respond to issues in the community for those leasing.
Our neighborhoods from Fairfield to Middletown need to be places where people can enjoy their Covenants to Peaceful Enjoyment of our homes... otherwise, the county must be held responsible for allowing the lawlessness through their lack of enforcement of noise pollution and frequency warfare that is so common in Cincinnati. Keep these lawbreakers out of our County. Residential Neighborhoods are for the rest and rejuvenation of all human beings, including vulnerable populations from autistic people to our beloved pets. - If someone's "freedom" infringes on their well-being by having a peaceful home environment than this is a serious Public Health Problem.
